"The staff at the desk in the evening and morning were quite friendly. We came in late and tired and the woman behind the desk suggested before we check in to go have the food they were offering since it was going to end soon. It was macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, and pulled pork sliders. Delicious and unexpected. We appreciated the advice. Our room was neat, clean and very comfortable. We would definitely go back o our next trip south."

"Very nice layout. Our first time in a Drury hotel. Very impressed. Large bathroom, modern. Dinning area is similar to high end hotels. Nice breakfast selections, and they offered free dinner too, but we ate at the Olive Garden next door "

"I absolutely loved my stay here. It was so trendy and modern and the best perk was you walk out into the Bowl at Ballantyne. Pool are fitness center were great, too. Bedroom was great and also had an amazing shower. "

"Our entire stay was amazing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to us and our pet. The rooms and common areas were clean. The parking area was well lit and felt safe. There was a nice grass area as well for my fur baby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. We also enjoyed the breakfast which had a nice variety of items. "

"Nice place, no complaints about the hotel itself. Typical issues with other guests -- allowing doors to slam late at night... Just rude, discourteous, and obnoxious... The included breakfast was okay, the staff were polite and genial. I would stay here again if the need arose."

"Front desk person was great and very helpful. Hotel has been renovated. But we had bugs in the bathroom. Also, our room was next to the exercise room and some teenage kids were in there dropping weights and making lots of noise at 10:30pm. Didn’t feel safe in side parking lot. Very dark and isolated. First room that we were assigned had an inoperative refrigerator. So we asked to be moved. "
