Communication could’ve been better prior to arrival day, but overall it was great on the day. "Very disappointing. We had just flown in from Australia so a very long trip. I booked a room for myself and TWO children one boy 15 and one girl 8. We arrived to find one double bed. I was sure our room was meant to have a pull out sofa so i had to borrow a blow up bed from a friend which took up a.lot of the space in the room. Waffer thin pillows and not the best mattress.
