Our room was literally the floor above and we got to experience all the noises associated with a pub...including a 5.45am beer delivery on Monday morning and an equally early glass collection on the Friday. No response until I told them that there was so much water coming in that by morning they wouldn’t have a place left to rent!! Breakers were popping! No lights in the kitchen! Water pouring in from the ceiling fixtures! Above us alarms were going off like world war 3!!! Still not a text or phone call! NOTHING!!"

"There is construction near the facility and every morning I was woken up by the noise. The heat inside the dorm was super hot and I don’t know how to lower the heat. One good thing was that I was able to check in earlier than the regular time because the room was ready, however, it doesn’t seem like the staffs know that the website offered to drop off luggage at the place before check in hours. I was there 5 hrs early but didn’t know where to leave my luggage and it was raining at that time. "
