"For some people the room might be small. However my son and I got up early and went sightseeing and came back late, SO room size wasn't a problem. The staff was very helpful. "We had two rooms next to each other, the entrance and welcome is 5 star and the overall feel of the place a location near Buckingham Palace makes this feel like a very special hotel. For the first three days the only folks we saw on our floor was the one construction guy (very nice and worked quietly) but we could see every room around us was being refurbished except ours which was likely next.
