Comes with a/c, washer/dryer and stocked kitchen which was great. No lift. Stairwell a little steep and tight so not a perfect option for people with ambulatory issues. "Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "

"This property was wonderful for our family with teens/older kids. The houae is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. We have plenty of cookware and everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is fully modernized and opens to a nice garden. One note for those traveling dueinf summer, as with most London homes, there is no air conditioning. The property manager provided fans for each bedroom, which helped improve sleeping comfort. We would happily rent this home again!"
