"Nothing except good things to say about the personnel. From the front desk person to the cleaners everybody was so nice and polite. However the rest was not great. We had booked 1 king bed with sofa bed room for 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). Upon arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared. We called the front desk and the cleaning person stopped by with linens for us to take care of it it was not expected 😅 don’t get me wrong the cleaning person was really sweet and polite but we could not communicate...

"First time staying at a McMenamins Hotel! Absolutely loved it. We are passport holders and enjoyed our one night stay here for Labor day. Had a great time checking out the bars, artwork, & soaking pool. Our room was so cute, on the 3rd floor and the robes were a plus. All of the staff we encountered were very kind and welcoming. Just wished that our stay could go towards the Loyalty Program. We will be back! "
