"What a wonderful stay! We enjoyed every min we spent in the home. The front porch was a great place to unwind, the views of the water and harbor were peaceful and set the atmosphere for a tranquil night. So many great things to say about this property that anyone considering staying should look no further and enjoy something different and unique in downtown Pensacola!!!"

"It was so fun to stay on the water, sit on the front porch, experience a rain storm! This place is very comfortable and spotless. The layout is great and they have all the amenities you'd expect! We loved being so close to the Fish House (Sunday Brunch was amazing) and downtown Pensacola. One caution: don't plan on using the pull-out couch as a bed for guests."

"I can’t believe we found this place at the last minute but I’m so glad we did. It’s the furthest walk in the marina but a gorgeous walk indeed and worth it for the final view you get from the front porch. The place is immaculately clean and has SO much space. Way more amenities than a typical rental- toiletries, games, smart TVs, cleaning supplies, etc. we can’t wait to come back with the boat. "

"Unique stay and a comfortable place. It was great to be right on the water. There was a wind and stormy advisory while we were there but the pace held up very well. Great getaway and close to concerts, downtown and restaurants. "

"The room was very clean! All the appliances were newer! The front desk staff was nice. The only thing that I didn’t love was that there is not staff on site 24/7 therefore you really need to download to app to have the digital key on your phone in case you get locked out. They do have an emergency number to call though. Luckily we didn’t have any issues with this but I was alway on high alert making sure I had my phone and a key when it was after hours.
