"We loved the views and the proximity of the condo to the beach and the pools. We can’t wait to return. The only thing that this location lacks, which many other VRBOs have, is the ability for one party to leave behind some basics which help the next person. For example: coffee filters, salt and pepper, few more board games, charcoal, etc. It was the first VRBO we’ve been to in a long time that wasn’t even allowed to have any of these types of carry-overs."

"We booked very last minute but the listing was as described. The condo could use a deep clean as dust was located on some surfaces. The sofa and pillows were not the most comfortable, and down feathers kept coming out of them. Other than a little dust and a scratchy sofa, it was a great weekend. "

"The condo was clean, spacious and had all the needed amenities. We made use of the patio, the indoor pool, and both the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. We even had nice sunny and 65 day on the beach. The Flora-bama is a stone’s throw away and had great night life in the middle of the week in January.Great Trip - highly recommend."

"The place was nice but owner could spend 1.89 on a double plate switch covers for switches and maybe some light bulbs on vanity. 3 out of 6 didn’t work. A new shower head in one shower would help you have a good shower and not spray water on wall Maybe I just see the little things but that’s what makes a difference are the little things to me Overall great place if some things fixed would stay again for the same price and fix the stuff for free for guy. "Clean room. Right size/price for our short stay. Key to beach gate was problematic, but we were able to get assistance. Shower made loud squealing sound when water was running but plenty of hot water. Washer unit sounded like a small plane trying to take off - you might want to get that checked out. Beach location perfect. "
