"Had a great time, however they shouldn't book anyone in the non-renovated portion of the hotel. It is run down, and outdated. Our ice machine was broken & no hot water. They were nice enough to change us to the renovated room side and the room was perfect! Clean, good views & high quality. They did charge me for 3 night upgrade resort fees! Maybe should have done more of a comp a few days before Christmas. Not many dining options. I'd give it a 7 out of 10. "

"Excited to play keno with my mom but when we got there the employee was so rude! Ended not playing. My mom was looking forward to it. Also the fact this time we stayed in 9th floor and so many kids running around , really noisy and a few times you can smell weed. Very disappointing at this second visit. We were hoping this will be our favorite hotel to stay."

"Clean, quiet property. Had a little trouble finding our room (has multiple buildings,) but all alse was good. Easy, safe parking. Dennys next door along with pizza and bbq. Shuttle service to the strip much appreciated, but leave early as they service multiple properties!"

"I like that you don't need to go through the casino to get to the hotel rooms from the parking lot. Not walking distance to the strip or from anything."
