"Property is in a very quiet part of south Congress area of Austin. This little cottage is surrounded by some really beautiful houses. Very walkable area even at night several places to get coffee or food or wine and very close to Congress Avenue where there are a lot of fun places to eat and bars.Perfect size for two. And a very comfortable bed. The host Bri was very responsive and proactive. We enjoyed the day very much."

"Cool cottage with the stone walls. Clean and location was quiet. Small fenced yard nice for pet. No back yard light to let pet out in dark. Funny smell comes and goes outside only, not sure what it was. Overall good experience."

"Space felt clean, and there were no bad odors or smells. Small things around the place - missing toilet paper holder, no overhead light in bedroom, lack of dishes for use. Overall though, a great spot! If most people are going out each day or night, and Iy want to use the gym or pool occasionally, this was a great place!"
