"We came to Austin for a weekend get away and this place was perfect. Neighborhood felt very safe. Pool was cool! And the AC worked amazing for the hot August days. Hosts were super kind and responsive. The home is connected to the main home, but hosts give you all the privacy (even at the pool) that it was like you had the whole place to yourself. It’s such a gorgeous home, I was in awe. The kitchen had all the appliances you need too! Absolutely recommend staying here. Felt like a luxury hotel...

"Tammy and Mark are truly great host. They live next door and are always available to fix any issue right away. The guest house is great for a couple and even has a nice Murphy bed for guest. The pool and hot tub are fantastic, as is the outdoor kitchen and outdoor eating areas. We stayed from the end of November through early January and it was beginning to feel like home. I would highly recommend this VRBO, as it has everything you need."

"My plane was extremely late arriving in Austin. I arrived at the property at midnight and Raymond the host greeted me and even carried my luggage to my room. Upon entering the room it looked beautifully decorated and as the listings portrayed. Also the host had left a fruit bowl with apples, tangerines, and grapes. Also English muffins, butter and Nutella. I love everything about this property including onsite parking. I enjoyed the library of unusual books, Koi pond and the unique landscaping....

"Was in the area for a baby shower. Perfect location, the shower was the neighborhood over. We were able to check in easily. The house was very welcoming and cute. Our host was responsive to our issue with the heat, explaining how to set the heater and even brought over a portable heater just incase. "Wonderful property and great location. Perfect for a couples getaway. Loved the hidden feel and safety of the area. Property managers were welcoming and available for any questions we had. "Great apartments, we really enjoyed the view over the food truck park and being so close to so many great restaurants and bars. Pay close attention to the instructions on how to check in and they are clear and easy. We had issues with the hot water. There was limited/no hot water at night, possibly its on an off peak timer or something. Also the shower pressure and head is terrible, the worst I have expereinced. You get a tiny square inch of water, same size as the square shower head. "
