"We had a fabulous stay, from start to finish. Yasmin checked us in and was so lovely, welcoming and helpful. Our personal hand written welcome card was just such a lovely thing to receive. The location, decor and facilities were everything we could ask for. The room was super and the decor was lovely. There were a few hairs in our room, we particularly had to clean the TV remote control before use. We really loved our stay and looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to all the lovely staff we met. We are going to highly recommend the hotel to our friends and family. The only addition would be to possibly have links with a local car park for parking. But only just a minor suggestion. Thank you."

"It would have been good to have a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There was painting works going on during our visit but, this didn't really cause too much inconvenience. Just difficult to juggle 2 coffees in the lift."
