"for easy walking access to downtown, and also has several restaurants near the house (literally across the street and within a minute or two walk). House was clean and cute, very nice kitchen area altho we only used the refrigerator and microwave. Lighting in all rooms was abundant which i appreciated, especially in the bathroom (I hate dim/scanty lighting). Had to contact one of the hosts once and response was within minutes and he was helpful and kind. Would stay here again! "

"This home was impressive in size and amenities. We had a girls weekend getaway with about 12 women there each night. We all came over from Durango. The house was very comfortable for us to fit everyone sleeping and sitting at the table and in the living room. The house had a lot of fun amenities, great western mountain decor, and it was clean. "We had a small group and a short stay at this beautiful Durango property on Florida Road. We arrived immediately after a major snow storm, and we sincerely appreciated that the driveway had been plowed. The property was clean and ready for our arrival. The hot tub was at the appropriate temperature. The house has many useful appliances, utensils and extras. I would strongly recommend this property for multi-family or larger group stays in the area."

"If you like coffee at sunrise and a glass of wine at sunset this is the place for you. I brought my wife and 2 boys (4th grade and 7th grade) for their first trip west. This place made the trip extra special. The views, the elk, and the wildlife in general (bring set of binoculars or a spotting scope) surrounding this property are fantastic. The drive to "town" is minimal and a good grocery store is close. We would love to come back."
