"the townhouse-condo was beautiful and clean. the view was lovely. well stocked and all that. there are 3 flights of indoor stairs to get to the front door so if stairs are a concern that could be a problem. Our family is young and energetic in need of exercise so we were happy with the stairs. We would HIGHLY recommend this listing"

"We loved staying at this property over Mardi Gras break (March 2025). I personally think the condo is better than pictured. It’s so convenient for skiing. The rentals are a quick walk across the square, and you’re steps away from the main ski lift. You also have access to the Durango Mountain Club with a restaurant, pool, hot tub, and ski lockers. Jason was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely be back!"
