"We had a great stay here. Super clean cabin. My family of four loved this cabin as it had plenty of room for us all to sleep and play and relax. All three beds even the futon was super comfy. The water pressure in the shower was great as well. This was perfect location as we went to alamosa one day and pagosa the next. "

"We had a great time at the property for our hospital retreat. Our staff was able to relax and have lots of different areas to hang/chill - hottubs, game room, lobby, back patio, etc. Everyone having separate rooms more like a hotel was also great! Would go back."

"We had 7 adults stay for a little under a week in July. The location was great for us (closer to Silverton than Durango), and the cabin was outfitted with most everything you’d hope to have at a VRBO. We enjoyed the deck and hot tub, kitchen with plenty of seating, and hiking in the area. Highly recommend!"

"Vacationed with our children and grandchildren at the Lazy River Ranch for a few days. What a wonderful spot, we rented Kayaks and tubes, and were able to enjoy the river right outside the back door. The highlight of our stay was when 3 large bucks made their way to the river one evening. Loved the layout of the house and the well stocked kitchen."

"It was a cute little room but we did not walk into what we had booked and paid for. The original booking showed two beds and a couch. When we walked in there was only a bed and a couch. My children had to sleep on a metal bed and a blow up mattress that kept going flat. The host was very rude about it and did little to accommodate us. The room we stayed in was less cost than what we originally paid. We definitely got scammed. "

"This amazing home has gorgeous views and is just a few miles to Purgatory. We housed 3 families and had room to spare. The kitchen was well equipped which was important to us since it’s quite a drive to Durango. I recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles. Some of our party used to village ski shop and shuttle which was very convenient."

"The lodge is nicely designed to accommodate a few families. For instance, we had a small family reunion consisting of two families of five and the grandparents. Not only is their ample space, but the location is also such that children can safely play outdoors. What certainly had us pleased is the fact that the owners do have “rules.” For example, shoes are not permitted in the home, which is culturally what we prefer. "This condo was just right for our needs. We were looking for a place with a king size bed and also another bed option (in this case a sofa bed) as we were in the area to move our youngest child into her dorm room at FLC. The dividing wall between the "bedroom" space and living room was perfect to give our 18 year old a bit of privacy the one night she was with us. We loved the property and this unit was impeccably clean and comfortable."
