Love this place, have stayed here a few times. Only weird thing is the really odd (non conventional) breakfast they offer. I will be staying again next time I'm in Telluride.

We like the easy check in, room is pretty big. I love that they have breakfast included with the price. Walking distance from the Gondola. Staff in the breakfast area were nice. Didnt like: pricey to not have their own parking space, we have to pay $22 just for parking, i know other hotel doesnt provide dish soap and foam but would be great if the foam was new (single use)

Excellent hotel and service. The hotel was great, extremely well located, walking distance to everything, nice amenities such as the hot tub and the balcony in the room, among others. And last but not least, the breakfast was magnificent, btw… Maria was lovely, making our morning superb!

We loved the large room size, the tub/shower, and outside area behind our room. Overall, the facility was great. Only downside was no refrigerator or coffee maker inside the room; and that breakfast did not include eggs/bacon/sausage.

I recently stayed at this hotel while traveling with a friend. We each checked into separate rooms, using our own credit cards for the hold. Later, I found extra charges on my credit card and contacted the hotel. They informed me the charges were for my friend’s room. When I requested a written receipt with itemized expenses instead of a verbal explanation, the staff responded in a condescending and mocking tone: “Written? You want it mailed to you?” I clarified I wanted it by email, but they continued to make excuses and refused to send it, even though the charge was on my card. When I mentioned I would have to contact my credit card company if they couldn’t provide the receipt, the staff sarcastically replied, “Hah, for what?” This level of unprofessionalism was shocking. I’ve stayed at numerous hotels globally, but this was the first time I’ve experienced such rude treatment. It made me wonder whether their behavior was influenced by my appearance or accent. Advice to management: Be mindful of who you place at the front desk—racist or dismissive behavior has no place in hospitality.
 Advice to future guests: Avoid this hotel if you expect decent customer service.
