It was a trip away for my birthday and everyone went out of their way to make my stay memorable for all the right reasons. Amazing food, delightful surroundings, excellent staff, couldn’t fault our stay. A special shout out and thank you to Sonia, Dan, Lucy and the lovely lady with the glasses whose name I didn’t catch who greeted us for breakfast each morning; exceptional customer service accompanied by a welcoming smile and friendliness. "Nice and simple. Room was simple with a kettle and Yorkshire tea available. Bathroom was spacious and the water was a good pressure and hot! The bed is firm so was good for the 2 nights. I prefer more support but that’s personal taste for you."
