"I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself."

"This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. "Coralie was a great host. The building is lovely, great communal area and sociable kitchen space. Beds were very comfy. The oven is slower which wasn’t listed till we got a welcome pdf so Christmas was a lot slower- but certainly wouldn’t stop us going again. There were plenty of showers and loos. Coralie left a few decorations up which was appreciated .the house had everything we needed- an abundance of cookware/plates and mugs.. "

"Property was not well looked after. Blinds were missing from Windows, surfaces had not been cleaned, the kitchen was missing many essential items such as forks, broken glass outside the back door, last guests dirty laundry left in the dinning room, the list goes on. Really put a downer on the first day of the holiday. I don't expect to have to provide essentials like forks and kitchen knives and clean on arrival. Manager of property was initially understanding but is now ignoring my emails."

"Absolutely stunning location. Don't have to drive any where to walk the dogs, so many walks just on the doorstep. Kitchen is very well equipped. Bathroom has the best shower ever experienced. The back garden is very dog friendly, even our jack Russell puppy couldn't escape. Though our dog's presence kept setting off the owner's dog's ( they live adjacent to the property) so was a bit worried we were disturbing them when their dog's heard us walking around, which would get their dog's barking....

We could happily sit and look at the Views and sunset from the garden / patio, whilst relaxing. Walking possible direct from the Barn and easy access to loads of places to visit across the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. Great communication from host.
