"Our parents love Wells Beach. We grew up vacationing here for many summers. The house was perfect! We spent most of our time in the spacious living area upstairs! The decor was inviting with plenty of room for all to gather. We enjoyed the propane fireplace and the large dining table. What we didn’t expect was all the ocean views from many rooms in the house! We are planning to return this fall for a longer stay!"

"House was very clean and cozy! Nice beach feel. We had snow during our stay and snow removal was handled the next morning. I would love to stay there during the summer to enjoy the closeness to the beach. We picked the coldest week but the house was nice and toasty. The gas fireplace added a nice touch. "

"This cozy ranch is five minutes drive from the public beaches of Wells. We were a family of five adults with one aged grandmother who appreciated the walk in shower with seating and the ramp from parking to the front door. The beds were all sleep number but the remote controls were missing, the sunny kitchen had plenty of pans / utensils but was missing detergent and garbage liners - had we know we would have added those to our initial shopping List. "Place is awesome! Plenty of room to hang with friends and family, super clean too. The location is great too since it is right next to a major city! I plan on coming back once the warmer weather is back!"

"What a great space! There was plenty of room to spend time together or apart and the decor is charming. The fenced in yard was a huge plus for our stay with the family dog. We faced some issues with the a/c and management was super responsive. Portable units were delivered right away to keep us comfortable and the next day the issue was fixed. Communication was constant and clear. Great service! The house is right on Post road so there is some traffic noise but it was not tood bad and calmed in...
