"This house more than accommodated our family of 13 for Thanksgiving and an intimate wedding. The table was big enough to sit everyone for dinner and games. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, and had a real coffee maker. The beach was a short walk and the area is really nice. We didn’t run into any issues during our stay. "

"Wonderful house. Room for all for both together activities and private ones also. The only complaint we had was the discrepancy in the listing that stated 5 queen beds and one double. They were all double. But they were comfortable. "

"What a great space! There was plenty of room to spend time together or apart and the decor is charming. The fenced in yard was a huge plus for our stay with the family dog. We faced some issues with the a/c and management was super responsive. Portable units were delivered right away to keep us comfortable and the next day the issue was fixed. Communication was constant and clear. Great service! The house is right on Post road so there is some traffic noise but it was not tood bad and calmed in...

"The photo you show of the building is premature. That building is to be built this fall. We stayed in the older duplex that is to be replaced. Hopefully, new build will be well maintained, furnished, and cleaned properly prior to guests arrival. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Forbes Restaurant and the Arcade. Close to beach access. The new build should have excellent view of the Atlantic Ocean and sunrise. Host was quick to respond to our messages.parking for 4 vehicles…5 if small...

"This cozy ranch is five minutes drive from the public beaches of Wells. We were a family of five adults with one aged grandmother who appreciated the walk in shower with seating and the ramp from parking to the front door. The beds were all sleep number but the remote controls were missing, the sunny kitchen had plenty of pans / utensils but was missing detergent and garbage liners - had we know we would have added those to our initial shopping List. The flush handle in one of the bathrooms was...

"Large private yard. Yet located very close to beach and restaurants. We loved to be able to go out and come back and relax in the yard. Comfortable furniture inside and out. Very clean. Full kitchen if you want to cook. Good for young families too."

"Place is awesome! Plenty of room to hang with friends and family, super clean too. The location is great too since it is right next to a major city! I plan on coming back once the warmer weather is back!"
