"Cute and cozy antique home within walking distance to downtown Kennebunkport. We had three girls staying there for a girls weekend, and even though the house can sleep more than that, I think it would have felt cramped, so keep that in mind. The host was very responsive to our communications. The house was super clean and she included a bunch of nice little *sweet* touches throughout :-)"

"Thank you Desni & Steve. This was our second stay at Paradise In York and the name remains accurate. The area, the coast, the property, the house - are awesome. We loved cooking and communing in the open kitchen/dining area, playing music by the fire, walking the coast and beach, etc. Bedrooms/baths were all great, clean and well supplied. The only minor comment is that several guests found their beds a bit soft. All in all we all loved it and highly recommend your place to folks looking to...

"11 fun fabulous women celebrating a birthday weekend. Plenty of room to sleep, clean, great location to walk downtown , beaches, Perkins cove and marginal way. Well stocked with linens, coffee, shampoo etc.. turnkey. We had a couple of small issues that were quickly addressed. Would stay here again. "

Beautiful, pastoral, quiet / private location. We enjoyed visiting the sheep and goats located in pens near the farm house and feeding them some treats. "We stayed at a total of 4 properties while touring New England, and this house - hands down - was by far our favorite! The house was clean, smelled amazing, the beds were comfy and the host was simply wonderful! It was like borrowing the house from a friend. "For the most part my 3 night stay was great. A few hiccups. Heating system use was difficult to figure out in the bedrooms. There were extra pillows but no extra blankets. TVs were hard to figure out if you’ve never used Roku. Otherwise place was great. Super clean and spacious. "
