The necessities were there. Be mindful that there is a fold away door separating the living room and bedroom. So if you’re looking for privacy, choose another. "

"Overall, the property is acceptable with an eat-in kitchen (best feature) and good location for our needs. AC was efficient, water temp was hot when needed. Manuel, the service man. Property is 3 floors up-be aware of steps and not lighted at night so you need to be very careful. Several items need attention: -Black mold on bottom of shower door and tile grout -Toilet runs every 45 minutes-possible flapper valve leak -Mounted towel rack is loose -Very dirty HVAC return vent on high...
