"This is a beautiful hotel and pretty expensive. Unless you pay $350 a night and book the suites you cannot use the rooftop infinity pool even if you offer to pay them an additional $250 for the privilege. The problem is the other pool for us serfs, although beautiful, in January the sun only shines in the pool area in the morning and the water is very cold. There’s not a lot of direct sunshine on that level of the building at anytime of the day. That may be advantageous in the hotter months but...

"The Hotel is magnificent and walkable to anywhere you possibly want. I came for a physical exam at Bumrungrad, about 50 feet from the Hospital. the place is flawless, for my 10 days there, I didn't experience one negative time. I highly recommend it. "

"You get lots of real estate for the price ! Very clean and stylish . Would be good for a week or a full month stay . Fridge , washing machine, separate bedroom , heated toilet seat !! Loved it . Great location : steps from the main road but I'm the quiter area of Trong lor . Couple of high priced malls in immediate proximity . Lots of good options . Needed to leave by 4 am and the taxi they ordered was waiting for me . Nice touch . "

"Great stay, initially no hot water in the shower, once I informed the staff they immediately sent a person to fix it. Pool loungers were every time I went to the pool, limited seating area. Pool temp was cold both in the lap pool and I guess the lounge pool. Lots of restaurants around, 10 min walk to BTS or metro. Shuttle service to metro was not available most of the time, so I stopped asking and just walked to metro. Friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay, this is my 3rd time at this hotel! "
