"Hotel is very convenient and very near to Terminal 21 shipping mall and Bangkok public transport BTS and MRT. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Swimmimg pool is rather small. Breakfast selection is good, love their crispy bacon. Room is clean and of descent size Hotel had very nice decoration during Halloween period "

"Really liked this hotel. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean and quiet! All the staff I interacted with were super lovely, helpful and efficient. The pool is perfect and open late, so a great option to cool down in after a day in the city heat. My only small gripe is the breakfast - the hot food was always cold - lukewarm. I had seen this mentioned in a few reviews before I booked and it was the same for me so maybe that’s just the way it’s served in Bangkok? - not a dealbreaker in any way but would be good to know for future. I’d definitely stay again."
