"Pros: the rooms were newly decorated and large - space for a small coffee table and two chairs that were comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous with a huge walk-in shower. However the carpet on part of the room and hallway was old and worn. The hallways were very hot but the AC worked well in the room. The free tuk tuk to the mall and sky train station was excellent. "This is our return stay at the hotel. The same type of room is bigger this time. No VIP upgrade. We did received the two drinks. The room is facing the pool and BTS, much better window views. Free minibar. The staff were great and always greet or hold the door/elevator. There are construction noises from the hallway due to the 7.7 earthquake. "The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I wanted to attend Muay Thai Lessons and the sourced many options and I used these recommendations. They helped book taxis with pleasure. I tried the SPA and it was fantastic. Great location, great food within, close to the metro, in the heart between Terminal 21, and not far from Siam Shopping area. What a great location and facility.
