Maybe if they offers one welcome drink instead of charging once ordered one cold dring upon arrival from hot outside, it may increase satisfaction. But it's just a suggestion. "The Hotel is magnificent and walkable to anywhere you possibly want. I came for a physical exam at Bumrungrad, about 50 feet from the Hospital. the place is flawless, for my 10 days there, I didn't experience one negative time. I highly recommend it. "

"Good location and hotel. Great rooms and comfortable bed/pillow. Breakfast had a nice selection of offerings and plenty of seating available. Rooftop bar & food offerings were excellent and the sunbeds were great to use until you were cooked in the 30+ temperature, luckily there was shade to be found and parasols available at some of the beds. The only downside was that Hotels.com status was not recognized when asking for a late checkout. "
