OUTSTANDING service! (i'm sorry- i meant to get her name, but i kept missing my chance). The porter (i believe Todsapron?-early afternoon shift) was also very helpful with luggage, questions, and getting taxis. great location and a fantastic price. larger sized room for the area. rooms could use a refresh, but hard to beat the value. would stay again."

"We had some small problems with our original room, and we were upgraded to a deluxe room, which we greatly appreciated. Sometimes things happen, but the staff here made it right. Our new room was wonderful, the staff prompt and attentive, and the hotel is easy walking distance to dining, shopping and BTS Skytrain. Highly recommended!"
