"Air conditioning on my room broke, it’s super warm, after letting the staff know they really try there best to help, on the middle of the night one staff brought a fan and unlocked the window, and they have building maintenance fix it right the next day, for me that’s a good job other than that everything on this hotel it perfect "

"Really loved this hotel, loved the extra little bits other hotels don’t do - free glass of wine between 4-5, free fruit water and iced tea, stroopwaffels when leaving, slippers and dressing gowns in rooms - all lovely touches! A good vibe hotel. we stayed in a 6 floor room with a terrance and it was perfect, lots of space, clean and the bed was really comfy. Staff were helpful. Liked that you could only go on the hotel floor that your staying on.. felt very safe. Would definitely recommend this hotel and glad we chose to stay here. "

"The room are very comfortable and clean, I loved how everything is eco friendly. The duvets are the best duvets I’ve ever slept in super cozy. Despite not needing to use the mini shop inside the reception I thought this is a great idea as it’s very convenient. Staff were so lovely and welcoming. Transport is only a less than 10min walk away."
