"Air conditioning on my room broke, it’s super warm, after letting the staff know they really try there best to help, on the middle of the night one staff brought a fan and unlocked the window, and they have building maintenance fix it right the next day, for me that’s a good job other than that everything on this hotel it perfect "

Despite not needing to use the mini shop inside the reception I thought this is a great idea as it’s very convenient. Staff were so lovely and welcoming. "It was very convenient to all the major sights and attractions. It is right on the Amstel River. The hotel is quiet and clean with a number of dining options at all price points nearby; including a well stocked supermarket, Albert Heijn about 200m away out the back door, with premade breakfast, lunch and dinner to grab and go if you'd just like to save some money and eat in your room. I already recommended the hotel to two friends who are going to Amsterdam in April. "
