"Wonderful staff and beautiful rooms. This hotel is close to old Chiang Mai so it is easy to visit the markets and the old city. The breakfast is excellent. If you are able to, book your room with the free breakfast, otherwise it costs about 800Baht for the two of us. The air conditioner in the room was very quiet and worked well. "

"Great location! We were able to walk everywhere. Our kids liked having McDonald’s nearby while we enjoyed trying different places. Side note, coffee shop at the corner has amazing iced lattes! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were backpacking and used their laundry service which returned on time and clean. We checked out at noon, but flight was at 5 and kids were a little overheated so the lobby was perfect to relax and play cards. Overall great stay and I would recommend for families."

"A kind professional staff! You know right away that customer service is important to this team. It’s not an overwhelming experience, but a peaceful experience. I like to exercise on my vacations in the pool was perfect for swimming before I went out at night. I also like to walk everywhere possible and was able to find a path directly to restaurants, bars, shopping and clubs basically everything needed. I didn’t plan my stay around the night market, a little disappointed because I would’ve liked to experience it but overall, I didn’t feel I missed out on anything lol. I watched my first Muay Thai event and was surprised that it was a lot more competitive than I expected, and spent a lot of time talking and enjoying conversations with locals. I use Grab and Bolt when I needed a late night ride and extremely simple and affordable. The afternoon snack was perfect timing and the breakfast has plenty of options!! I even did laundry, well I dropped my bag off at the front desk and it came back on time folded!! "

"Wonderful stay at Melia Chiang Mai. We researched a lot of options before choosing Melia and so pleased we did! Staff could not be more hospitable and friendly, room was impeccably clean. Breakfast buffet offered good options and the Level Lounge was a welcome retreat to revive from walking the local temples and markets!"

"There was issue with door lock on Day 1 .The door was not closing when leaving the room.It was fixed right away.On the 4 day same problem you have to pull door handle with quite of a force to close the door when leaving the room.Hotel was informed.I was checking out in the morning next day and that they can take care of the matter tomorrow "
