"Most hotels look inviting once you see the lobby and reception area - what you see later may be different. This hotel looks just uninviting from whatever perspective, run down. Staff was not very helpful. The breakfast was very basic. Maybe I should not complain too much, as it was cheap. However this was the only positive - and I believe even simple places can be made nice, neat, cozy, inviting. This place was none of these. The pictures are so far away from reality. Somewhere I read this hotel...

"Peaceful place located on historical passage from Chiang Mai to Lam Phun which line up with century-tree. Staffs are the best! Breakfast is best of the best! Highly recommend this place for people who want to hide-out from Chiang Mai crazed in the city center, but not so far to get back in to the downtown."
