"The staff and facilities at G&Z are really very good indeed. My stay was pleasant, comfortable and the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. All the staff were great but I would like to point out one young gentleman who, despite being profoundly deaf, was always helpful and professional. I’m not being patronising (I hope) but his disability was not obvious but some guests should realise that he used hand signals very effectively and raising your voice in English or Spanish is not...

After 2 days we were told the property was open again and were returned, the hotel had not been refurbished and was dirty with nothing working (TV/wifi). My advise to anyone looking to stay at this hotel, move on the place is a dirty tip."
