"The staff and facilities at G&Z are really very good indeed. My stay was pleasant, comfortable and the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. All the staff were great but I would like to point out one young gentleman who, despite being profoundly deaf, was always helpful and professional. I’m not being patronising (I hope) but his disability was not obvious but some guests should realise that he used hand signals very effectively and raising your voice in English or Spanish is not...

"Such a beautiful hotel and the friendliest staff. I loved this hotel. It was close to the town and easy for tours to pick us up from and many restaurants around but still quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was also so delicious. The best part was definitely the staff though! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and treated us very well. Great hotel - very highly recommended! "When we first arrived at the property we were told it was closed due to refurbishment, and were moved to another hotel. After 2 days we were told the property was open again and were returned, the hotel had not been refurbished and was dirty with nothing working (TV/wifi). My advise to anyone looking to stay at this hotel, move on the place is a dirty tip."
