"We arrived at night and were not fully aware of the condition of this property until the next morning. The property is nothing like the photos. Our room was filthy. Mould on the shower curtain and stains all over the upholstery. Underneath the toilet seat was disgusting. The bed was rock hard. The swimming pool was dirty and had green mould on the tiles. The property was infested with mosquitoes. There was no restaurant or bar. We were served eggs at breakfast that were only partially cooked....

"This is our second stay at Viroth's Hotel and it exceeded (once again) our expectations. We were there for a week and the staff made us feel as if we were family. Sokah at the front desk was amazing (as well as the others) and the dining staff were top notch. I loved seeing everyone in the mornings welcoming us to breakfast. Felt like home. The restaurant was closed because there were not enough guests staying at the hotel and our room smell to cigarette smoke despite it was a non-smoking room.
