"Although located in busy area around Pub Street, this is a lovely quiet oasis! Staff very friendly and attentive; service excellent. Rooms and breakfast very nice. Pool area cozy but clean, comfortable and a great spot to relax. They were very helpful arranging rides to/from airport and around Angkor Wat and walking us through online purchase of tickets. Definitely the way to go! You just show resulting QR code at ticket check stations. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Nice property and very staff. Had a pleasant breakfast there as well. When checking out, they held me up because of some very old stains on the sheer curtain that were behind the main curtains that I hadn’t even seen. Once I convinced that because the stains were dry and didn’t smell, they were obviously very old and there long before I checked in, they finally let me go. "

"I just checked out from almost a month long stay here. It was great. The room was spacious, light and airy. Room service was as much or as little as you liked and you decide when they come, which I thought was great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is very central, easily walkable to all the restaurants/bars. Internet was great, I was able to have video calls and never had any issues. The only downside for me was that the pool was very rarely in the sun. "

"I am giving the hotel 5 stars even though there was one hiccup. They did not charge me upon arrival and then phoned the room at 9 PM to have me pay (for my five day stay.) I was awoken from a sound sleep after 29 hours of flying from Las Vegas, through Seoul and Hanoi to arrive. They could have collected from me in the morning. Other than that, everything was excellent. Breakfast was superb, staff helpful, pool super clean, they spray for mosquitos - I will stay there again on my next trip."
