"This is our second stay here and we recommend it to anyone who is coming to Siem Reap. The staff is wonderful; so helpful with anything you need. They're happy to help with transportation, tour suggestions, & entertainment suggestions. The breakfast is extensive. We didn't use the spa, but I know someone who has and they enjoyed it a lot and the price is very reasonable. "

You can see beautiful sunset from loof top Sky Bar. Also, there are two local supermarket near this hotel. You can purchase food, beverages with low price. For example, a 330 ml can of local beer is 0.75 US dollar. "

"We arrived at night and were not fully aware of the condition of this property until the next morning. The property is nothing like the photos. Our room was filthy. Mould on the shower curtain and stains all over the upholstery. Underneath the toilet seat was disgusting. The bed was rock hard. The swimming pool was dirty and had green mould on the tiles. The property was infested with mosquitoes. There was no restaurant or bar. We were served eggs at breakfast that were only partially cooked....

"This is our second stay at Viroth's Hotel and it exceeded (once again) our expectations. We were there for a week and the staff made us feel as if we were family. Sokah at the front desk was amazing (as well as the others) and the dining staff were top notch. I loved seeing everyone in the mornings welcoming us to breakfast. Felt like home. The cleaning staff did a superb job and even the gardeners were so friendly and nice. I think it would be hard to beat the quality and staffing at this...
