"It is difficult to give this hotel just 4 stars when it's staff are all so polite, helpful, smiling, and friendly. The hotel is great value and well located. We had a huge room but - and this is why it isn't a 5 star review - there's space that could be better used and a renovation is probably needed soon. I'd rather have a desk rather than a swinging sofa. The bathroom too is showing a bit of age. My guess is that rooms will get done soon as a brand new entrance and new reception were just...

"We arrived at night and were not fully aware of the condition of this property until the next morning. The property is nothing like the photos. Our room was filthy. Mould on the shower curtain and stains all over the upholstery. Underneath the toilet seat was disgusting. The bed was rock hard. The swimming pool was dirty and had green mould on the tiles. The property was infested with mosquitoes. There was no restaurant or bar. We were served eggs at breakfast that were only partially cooked....

"I would rate this as one of the top 3 hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff were fantastic- they could of not been more helpful. Great food. Rooms well equipped, clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was lovely- I would highly recommend!"

"It is a very good option to stay in Siam Reap, excellent location and rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant was closed because there were not enough guests staying at the hotel and our room smell to cigarette smoke despite it was a non-smoking room. The hotel fix this he first day with a very effective aromatizer. "

Bunpheng was great a helping us as well as all the other lovely staff on reception including the amazing breakfast staff. We have been to Siem Reap 8 times and This is by far the best place we have stayed. Thanks guys for a lovely time. We will be back 😀"
