"Our stay was amazing! Stayed 6 nights and the room was clean, spacious enough, and comfortable. The location is great! Right by a beautiful park, minutes from the British Museum, and just about a 20-30 minute walk into Covent Garden, Soho, and Piccadilly. It is also a couple of minutes walk to the Piccadilly tube, a 15-minute walk to Kings Cross station, and you can get to any bus stop and other tube lines in less than 20 minutes. "The room was lovely, the bed was so comfortable, bathroom is very small but it's fine. Loved the light up mirror! Hotel was very quiet, service was great everyone was friendly. My only issue is it was really really hot and the pillows were too big so I had a neck ache using one and two so one the original size and one a bit smaller would have been great. Great location also"

"We were very happy with our stay - 5 nights March 7-12, 2025. The room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Although we faced the street, the traffic noise didn't bother us at night. There are several hospitals nearby, so quite a few sirens. If you're noise sensitive, you might prefer a room facing the courtyard. The front desk and housekeeping staff were excellent and very attentive. However, we didn't find the same level of friendliness at the restaurant and found them a bit rude....
