"I’ve stayed in numerous VRBOs and this one might be my favorite. This one didn’t feel outdated to me at all. It felt like going to visit my grandmother. The decor is just perfect! This property had everything we needed. Plenty of room for everybody, great location, and a gorgeous view of the river. I would definitely stay here again."

"This Mountain Cottage is absolutely beautiful. Communication was outstanding, the place is spotlessly clean, the kitchen is incredibly well appointed with some seriously high quality tools, the furniture is also high quality and beautiful. The bed last night was incredibly comfortable! This is an absolute 10 out of 10. Also, the views are *stunning* and the little fenced-in yard is adorable. Honestly, I'm absolutely amazed and delighted and we will definitely be back to this place"

"What a lovely cabin in the woods! It was spacious and comfortable, very private. It was just down the road from Dollywood where we were going. Couldn’t have been more convenient. The place was spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed for a good visit. I plan to go back there! "

"Plenty of space for 9 people. Hot water tank was huge! Lol Our grandsons enjoyed the game room, hot tub, and fire ring. Host was awesome and very prompt with his replies. We had a great stay! Would book again!"

"We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the cottage. It was located on a dead end street, so there was not much foot or vehicular traffic. Laura was wonderful throughout the entire reservation process and our stay. It was nice having access to the adjacent dock to relax and fish. We would definitely stay again. Perfect for a small family or a couple's getaway. Not far from Knoxville, Loudon, Maryville, or Tellico Village."

"Location is not far from the Parkway and should be able to easily reach Wears Valley Rd using back roads when Florence Dr is repaired. Back yard is spacious, and back porch with hot tub is nice."
