"The property itself was as described in the VRBO Listings and was perfect for our group. However, we will never stay there again as the management company was a royal pain. Texts and emails were excessive and we had to sign like 5 waivers for various things. Additionally I had to send pictures of my DL and credit card to get the entry code to the house even though my payments were posted weeks before arrival. So now my personal information is in strangers hands."

"What a lovely cabin in the woods! It was spacious and comfortable, very private. It was just down the road from Dollywood where we were going. Couldn’t have been more convenient. The place was spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed for a good visit. I plan to go back there! "

"Location is not far from the Parkway and should be able to easily reach Wears Valley Rd using back roads when Florence Dr is repaired. Back yard is spacious, and back porch with hot tub is nice."

"We booked this place for a big reason: to have a hot tub, as our grandkids love hot tubs. We got there Wednesday after dark and didn’t check the hot tub until Thursday and found the hot tub cover was off, leaves in there, and the water was dirty. Also, nails protrude from the deck where the hot tub is located. We contacted them on Thursday and got a reply back that said someone would be there in the am on Friday. "Property was exactly as advertised, new and clean. Beautiful mountain views and view of the city. We stayed for a wedding at the Trillium Wedding venue. It was perfect for us. Checkin was easy, we received all the information beforehand, I would recommend and stay again"
