Tiny kitchen ok for light feedings. Bathroom in good repair . The steep 3 flights of stairs might be an issue for older folks. The place served it's purpose for us for this trip."

"The house is in not far away from the harbor and you can watch fishing boats sailing through your windows. But there is loud noise coming from the bridge in the evening. There is sand on the carpet when we checked in. There is not enough cleaning supply for our stay, but we got some from the local store. Water heater is small, and it runs out of hot water after my kids took shower. But overall, we are satisfied. "

The hosts were available to offer assistance as needed, but were very unobtrusive. "The condo had a lovely view of the ocean, nice finishes and was clean. However, we were disappointed in the rest. We booked it based upon the 'luxury oceanfront' marketing. All 5 blinds in the the primary bedroom were broken; 4 would not go up and 1 would not go down. There were no blinds on the glass door leading to the patio. Not conducive to enjoying the views, blocking out light while sleeping or privacy. The fireplace did not ignite/work. The pillows, sheets, bedding, towels were very...

"My wife and I had a lovely stay in this rental. We were here for two nights in late September. The place was clean and well appointed. The access to the stairs that lead to the beach is literally feet away from the back door. The sunset views are spectacular from the window. This is a cozy place for two people. There is a bit of traffic when others in the complex pass by to use the beach access stairway. Everyone was courteous and quiet. It is not a private place."
