"The advantage to Timber Run was the free transportation to/from the ski slopes. It has to be around 30+/- years old but maintenance is lacking in some areas. It had all the basics but there's no zip to it. Our parking lot had frozen ice everywhere, while the different name grouping next door had clean parking areas. "

"Location was great. So close to the National park entrance and away from all the huge crowds in Estes Park. Even with the entrance construction on the Falls River park entrance, it was still much easier entering the park."

"We, my family and friends, had an excellent time staying at the Condo. It had amazing views from all the windows. We enjoyed watching the ski lifts late in the evening with all the Christmas lights strung among the trees around the town square. The only downfall to the condo is that the local buses do not service the mountain where a good number of condos are located. The walk down the mountain (hill) is very doable but definitely challenging on the return back up the mountain. Uber can be very...

"We had a great stay! Convenient. Well equipped. Cozy. Easy communication with host who was helpful. Would stay here again! Word of advice, there’s a starter pack for shampoo/conditioner/soap but only enough for one day so bring your own. "

"We have been coming to Steamboat for years. This condo was perfect. I enjoy cooking and the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. There was a variety of dishes and glasses. Plenty of space for our clothes. The balcony was fun to sit on in the evening...we saw a moose amble across the lawn of the ajoining property. Furniture was comfortable. Big thanks to the owners and property management team"
