"This was a great place to stay for close access to RMNP and downtown Grand Lake! The hosts are very responsive and ready to help with anything you need. They even put together a binder with local suggestions and had so many kitchen items compared to other places we have stayed. We saw a deer out back and heard that there have been moose and elk nearby, even though we didn’t see them this time. We would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be close to everything but have a calmer...

"This is a nice, newer unit which is in great condition and nicely decorated. The unit is part of a mixed-use development so the residential units are in back/upper floors. While it was a little challenging to find the unit, Nick provided detailed instructions. it was really nice to walk to nearby restaurants."

"Enjoyed our stay. Great location. There were a few minor problems/issues but the management team were quick to respond, and we appreciated this. The one thing I wish could be corrected is that you can't close the bedroom door due to a bed being in the way. It makes it uncomfortable if one guest goes to bed early and the other wants to stay up watching TV. And I would think it would be nice for parties larger than two people. Thank you for the nice stay."

"The property was exactly as described. In a safe, quiet neighborhood near downtown Grand Lake, but also only a few miles from the entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park West entrance. The condo was clean and extremely comfortable. The kitchen as well laid out and easy to use with all the amenities. We enjoyed the use of the grill on the little porch and also the fireplace on one evening that was chilly. We will definitely stay there again "

"The property has a beautiful setting on the river! The fact it did not have air conditioning was a factor the first 2 nights of our stay. There was a box fan in the closet but the cord had been cut. We would have prefered the place to be cleaned better"

"We loved our stay here. The host was great at communicating and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The place looks just as described. The lake is gorgeous and coffee on the deck with the view was amazing. The state park entrance is a couple miles from the condo and there is a gorgeous waterfall near the lake if you’re up for a short hike! We will definitely be back!"
