"Property was very clean and just the right size traveling with two toddlers and Grandparents. Short distance to Granby Ranch with a 4 year old was greatly appreciated. We took the Master and used the connecting bunks for our littles. Grandparents took the king room and watched our 18 month old while we hit the slopes. Kitchen was well stocked and smart TVs were great for adult and kid viewing. Overall very cozy and conveniently located. I encourage 4wd or AWD if lots of snow is expected during...

"Had a great stay at this condo! Location was great and the condo was perfect for our family. We cooked two big dinners in the condo and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Skiing was super convenient with a lift about 100 yards from the front door. Also enjoyed a very nice meal at the ski base lodge (Bluebird Bistro). Condo was very clean with plenty of room. Great stay-would come back again!"

"If you desire an upscale cozy, quiet and convenient stay close to the base of the mountain at Granby Ranch, this is your place! We also loved the convenience of walking out the back door of the resort and riding the chair lift up the mountain to hike back down. Granby Ranch is only about a 30 minute drive to the south west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Go early and see the wildlife at this entrance. We plan to go back next July!."

"This is our fourth time at Granby Ranch, first time at this property. We loved the location of the condo since the balcony faces towards ski lift. Owner was super responsive. The condo was clean with the exception of dust on tabletops and there were two coffee cups in the cup oars that had coffee drips on the side. Obviously the housekeeper just rinsed and placed ba onion cabinet without washing. Tons on condiments, spices, etc. We didn’t have to use what we brought."

"Awesome location in Granby Ranch. Great views, comfortable beds and couches, easy access to stores and Granby and Fraser. The indoor hot tob needed a little venting (we were a little sensitive to the chlorine) but that was the only issue we had. The short trails around the location were great to just get out for an hour or two. "

"What a beautiful place, super clean and lots of room. The full kitchen was great for a quick lunch while skiing. Nice patio overlooking the slopes made it easy to keep an eye on the kids. The location was perfect, less than 50 yards to the ski lift, restaurant, patio and bar. Already planning a return trip for next year."

"Overall we had a really nice stay. It’s nice that the property is steps from the ski lift. The space is nice and roomy and it’s nice the fit has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. We wish this condo had a place to store our skis overnight. The last condo we stayed in had a locker downstairs that we were able to keep them in but we were told the owners store their skis there- this was an inconvenience. The tv’s are small in both the den and master bedroom and the tv in the master bedroom goes out every...
