"Very quiet, peaceful evenings in the hot tub. Great for three guests to each have their own room ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom needs attention. Bearings are going out plenty of extra fans in each room, which was nice."

"This cabin surpassed all of my expectations! The best part is the view of the lake. It is even better than the pictures portray! We spent a lot of time on the deck to enjoy the view. The cabin was extremely clean upon arrival and the owners have it decorated so nicely. Plenty of space for 6 of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cooking supplies. Loved the location as well. The neighborhood felt somewhat secluded, but neighbors were close by as well. Loved that it was only a 5...

"Close to the park and convenient. Units are older and starting to show their age. Clean but fairly spartan unit. Two person hot tub on deck is tight. Nice to be on the river but just room for two to sit on the deck with the hot tub. Uni is for sale and with showings we were unable to know if we could get in a little early in time for us to react. Host was very responsive. Parking was easy as was finding the unit. "

"The house is wonderful! The furnishings are great and the beds are comfortable. We had a total of 8 people which includes a great Grandpa and two little ones at 2 years and less. The place was super for our family. Everyone had their own space but it still offered plenty of room for all of us to hang out together. Also, the location is ideal. The house is located 5 minutes from RMNP or 5 minutes from Estes. While you are away from the crowds, within a couple of minutes you are right back...

"Best place to stay in Steamboat! For our group of 14, they had booked all of our activities and transportation for us and helped us with any questions we had. The barn area was also amazing with 2 hot tubs and a heated pool that we used after hitting the slopes every day. The home itself was easily the best part though and definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and clean, and was equipped with a full home sound system, along with a pool table. Would recommend for anyone...

"While it’s not ski in ski out, it’s only an easy 5 minute walk to the slopes. Plenty of room for our family of 4 plus a friend one night. Kitchen had enough pots and pans but no spices or foil or anything. Not a problem, but would like to let others know to bring salt and pepper if they can or want to. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again - hopefully the other units are as good if this one is not available. Third floor was not a big deal without an elevator....
