"Though the room itself was dated, the circular toilet seat did not match the oval toilet, and the floors screeched what made my stay pleasant was the woman at the front desk the evenings. She was extremely helpful, very friendly, and all around a very pleasant woman to interact with, i did not catch her name and wish i would have."

"Married at the Irish Cultural Center and spent one night at the Hen House. Arrived late in the evening, but ran into zero problems with access. The atmosphere was refreshing and offered more than we were able to take advantage of during our short stay. Highly recommend it!"

"We used the hot tub every day, loved it! House was perfect, we enjoyed some great restaurants, the Mesa Marathon, and the company of several friends who used to live in Chicago but now call Phoenix home.Gorgeous home, quiet neighborhood, perfect weather. "It is our annual family vacation and this year we chose to stay in Peoria Az near the baseball park. This home was laid out perfectly. Two families stayed upstairs…(4 adults and 7 kids) and we(the grandparents) enjoyed bedroom with bath on the main floor. Later in the week our adult son was able to join us and he had his own room. Plenty of space. The kids swam in the pool everyday and we enjoyed the hot tub at night. We played putt putt and enjoyed many of the supplied family games on the...

"My wife and I were looking for a property that would allow us to explore Surprise and the surrounding areas, and we couldn't have done any better than this one. It was close to the freeway (303 loop), but without exposing us to traffic noise. And we could explore interesting residential neighborhoods, and even walk to a handy shopping area about a mile away. We would highly recommend this property to anyone -- even families with small kids."

"We were in A.Z to visit my sister and get some relaxation. It was our furst family vacation with our kids and my parents. My husband and i often travel alone but this time we traveled with the kids and the house was awesome we loved the pool specially the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and over all we really enjoyed the house and neighborhood. Thanks for having us. "
