Everything as advertised but disappointingly Nespresso does not work, and no gas for BBQ or firepit, so also unusable. Management company rold us new tank was on site. It wasn't and they failed to send anyine to address the issue. Check in a nightmare. Locked out for almost 1 hour in high heat. Management company failed to answer phone. Mercifully neighbour...

"House was very nice, convenient location to stores and restaurtants. Clean inside and out, comfortable, great amenities and easy to check in and out. Quiet neighborhood - nice pool (but too cool to use in November) and patio was very welcoming. Welcome book provided good suggestions for restaurants, we used the info! Family agreed we'd like to stay here again."

"From the moment I booked this property for my husband and some family members who came in for a football game, the communication was excellent. Lori was responsive to all of my questions and always helpful. Check in and out were extremely easy. Rooms were comfy and clean and setup made it easy to cook meals in if desired. The house was in a peaceful neighborhood and close to major attractions. We would book again on future trips to Phoenix. "
