Volcano Village Estates

3.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (296)
"Overall, the property is wonderful. The rooms are cozy and well -decorated. We appreciated the microwave, refrigerator, coffee amenities and the hot tub. I gave a 4 for staff and service because we arrived at 3pm for check-in and no one was available to check us in or answering the phone. I communicated that we would be arriving during the check-in time slot. We planned to dash into the park to see the Kilauea eruption upon arrival. Other than that- communication was great during our stay. "

I fell sick with the flu wile staying and they gave me info on an urgent care place (East Hawaii Health Clinic at Keaau - 30 minute drive from Volcano) that helped put me on the mend over the weekend.
