"I really liked this hotel but we came with a dogs and lots of heavy luggage. It was tough with the stairs and the elevator hitting every other floor and. Those with lots of luggage may want to ask to stay on the ground floor as there's a twisty staircase and it didn't appear that the elevator was operational.
