"I really liked this hotel but we came with a dogs and lots of heavy luggage. It was tough with the stairs and the elevator hitting every other floor and. Smaller rooms which we expected.The staff was kind, attentive and professional and it was also easy to get into the center of Paris by metro. Lovely hotel and stay"

"I booked this room for my father who was coming for 3 days in Paris for my wedding. We needed something in that location, that was cheap and cheerful, no hight expectations given the price and range of this hotel. However, if I could give them negative stars I would. AWEFUL HOTEL, my father was waiting outside for almost 2 hours ( this was in the middle of the day so normal working hours) because no one was there to open the door and let him inside the hotel. "I was concerned when I read the area around Chatelet Les Halles was too busy but once we were checked in I was even more confused. From the hotel the metro station and a few blocks of wonderful cafes were immediately accessible, and we were walkable to so many Paris attractions. Our last night we discovered the "busy" area of Les Halles to the north east of the hotel toward Le Centre Pompidou, and while it was busy we never felt unsafe. Our room itself was wonderfully updated and perfect to sleep 3 people. The twin sleeper in the living area was comfortable, the water closet for the toilet was appreciated, and there was well thought of storage, mirrors, and a table seating area. The kitchenette was nicely appointed as well. The staff spoke English and was helpful, there was free coffee, hot chocolate and filtered water in the lobby. We also used the laundry facility and it was extremely appreciated."
