"It was great, especially the staff but just was not our style. When we pay good $$ we expect a front desk and a room with a bed that we can walk around. And dinning that has a few options. Just not for us but in closing, it’s done well. "

"Great hotel. Room maintenance/cleaning is far from optimal. You have to opt in to get the room refreshed and replenished with water/tea/coffee/ towels/ bin clean and it might only be done at 5.30pm. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Fun vibe in the hotel…doesn’t feel like a hotel but a place for trendy people to come and ‘work’ over coffee. Breakfast staff were great and breakfast menu really good. Had to wait 2 hours post check in for our room to be ready which was frustrating…getting the room serviced and ‘checked’ was the problem. The hotel needs to invest in more staff to service the rooms. "
