Only negative was that the tile floors were dirty and hadn't been mopped in a while - not visibly so but we spilled a little water and wiped it up and the cloth was black."

"The property is easy to find and the area around it its great, lots of great stores and restaurants. Very walkable to the main attractions. However, we never saw any staff members and the cleanliness wasn't the best. Keep in mind the elevator is VERY small only fits 2 people and if you have big luggage only one person fits. Check in and check out is very easy and the communication with them via email is pretty smooth. "
